This is my second card for the Pretty Pink Posh Watercolor Blog Hop
Using Altenew Peony Scrolls I stamped with Versamark on Ranger Watercolor paper and embossed with Wow Opaque Bright White embossing powder. I painted each petal individually by wetting thoroughly with water and dropping in the yellow colour and allowing it to flow to ends then while still very wet I dropped in a little red at the base of each petal and let it blend itself. I also used 2 colours on the leaves in a similar method but moving the colour through the middle more. I then fussy cut the flowers & leaves (can't wait to get the die!) and adhered with Multi Matte Medium leaving some areas slightly lifted and added some clear sequins. Normally I would have dimensionally mounted some of the flowers and the word strip but I am sending this overseas to my daughter who is currently living in London so had to keep it fairly flat for postage reasons.
Thanks for visiting.
